Tasting notes
This soft and silky syrah made so big by an extra hand from the barrels. This wine got 20% new French oak and delivers a vanilla front character followed by toasty oak blended with layers of fruit. As this wine opens – it is difficult to tell which is more delicious, the fruit or the oak toastiness. Kind of like a peanut butter cup – figure out what is your favorite.
