We have a very pretty wine in this bottle. Syrah is always the expression of the vintage. The vintage gave us a look at the more refined side of this varietal. The aromas of dry strawberries and flower petals show the way into this glass. Fresh fruit with nice spice and integrated oak allows for a lively front palate. Rounded tannins and pleasant mouth feel support the fruit to be enjoyed through out the mid palate. The spice and acidity show liveliness and the oak provides smoothness in the finish.
