The last Perla we released was the 2017. This shows us all that Merlot deserves our respect and not to fall into the Hollywood blacklisting of this magnificent varietal.
This wine is a must to show off the beauty of Tri-tip or Rib-eye. April has found her pair with younger Gouda and also with black bean soup.

The nose has a refined oak toastiness and a soft spice.

The silky middle palate comforts with a cocoa smoothness and tannin softness.

Light black licorice finish with a sense of purity nicely showing off the barrel aging. A very relaxing wine experience.
