This wine is very elegant. Worlds apart from the Offshore Aglianico. 15 miles makes the difference growing this varietal with the 2018 Offshore version that grew in Templeton. We suggest opening both side by side :)

This varietal is a bit of a show stopper. This is picked last every season. Feels like a fancy day in glass. Very much a stay home and lock the door wine. 

This wine is medium size, and very much what I like to think of an Audrey Hepburn kind of wine style

This Cabernet Sauvignon shows patience in barrel aging to allow for softer tannin profile.

This Via Vega Cabernet Sauvignon shows a soft and rich style in the glass.  Good weather at the end of the harvest season allowed a bit more time to leave the fruit out which enhanced  flavor development.

This has been a commitment  to barrel patience.  But what a fine wine expression of Cabernet Sauvignon, one to note.  

This wine is an elegant treat.  Intensely Varietal and woven tight.  As this wine unravels the flavors emerge that make cabernet sauvignon lovers sing. Cool season, small berries, and new Hungarian Oak barrels all come together to show off  Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon. This is a wine that will make happy smiles on the faces of you and your pals.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is an "Elegant Over Achiever” from a cool Vintage. If we go back and remember the 2007 season, we had a late bud break and a hot quick ripening season. This brought a beautiful signature of pure varietal character to this wine. I find that time developed wonderful scents of olive - almost like a tapenade. 

The varietal fruit of this 2005 Cabernet has been enhanced by its bottle age. The front palate offers such a blast of Cab fruit, which persists into the middle palate. The tannins are still playful enough to complex the fruit to make the finish a very appealing experience. Originally released in 2008, this Cabernet has been a sleeper and we now look at her as a secret weapon.

This wine enjoyed 30 months in barrel with 25% new barrels from Hungary. The extracton from this vintage is a bit more complex, presenting a wine of more dramatic style.

This Malbec makes me feel special. Life is beautiful with a glass of this wine. I feel a red carpet of festivities will follow.
