The varietal fruit of this 2005 Cabernet has been enhanced by its bottle age. The front palate offers such a blast of Cab fruit, which persists into the middle palate. The tannins are still playful enough to complex the fruit to make the finish a very appealing experience. Originally released in 2008, this Cabernet has been a sleeper and we now look at her as a secret weapon.
